Welcome to ManoharFarm.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of organic Kesar mangoes and related products for international delivery. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

- Seasonal Availability: Kesar mangoes ship May–June only, subject to Gujarat harvest conditions.
- Delivery Times: UAE/Gulf (3-5 days), Europe/UK (5-8 days), USA (7-12 days) via air freight.
- Cold Chain: Mangoes travel in temperature-controlled packaging; we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues.
- Force Majeure: Weather, export regulations, or agricultural events may affect delivery schedules.
3. Payment & Security
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and escrow for bulk orders (20kg+). All transactions use SSL encryption. Full payment is required before shipment. Refunds are limited to unshipped orders only.
4. Quality Guarantee
Mangoes are hand-picked at peak ripeness from our 530-acre organic estate, graded for uniformity, and naturally ripened without chemicals. We cannot guarantee fruit condition upon arrival due to international transit—inspect immediately upon receipt and report issues within 24 hours with photos.
5. Export Compliance
Buyers are responsible for import permits, phytosanitary requirements, and compliance with local food safety laws in their country. We provide APEDA-compliant documentation for Indian exports.
6. Limitation of Liability
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Rajkot, Gujarat.
